An Epsom Salt bath is known to relieve inflammation and relieves pain, making it beneficial in the treatment of sore muscles

Try soaking your aching, tired feet in a tub of water with half a cup of Epsom Salt, this will not only make your feet feel better, but also removes feet odor.

 If you would like to start running begin by combining walking and jogging. When you feel yourself breathing too hard, stop running and walk until you catch your breath.

 Well, it has been over a year since I have lost over 75 pounds.
